TERMS OF SERVICE
GeneralWill draw: Fanart, Original Character, NSFW, Mecha
Won't draw: Furries(nekomimi ok), complicated backgroundsPlease contact me for further information on drawing subjects.• Approx. time 2 to 4 weeks depending on the details required and the progress. 1 to 2 weeks for line art with base color. (Early deadline will include additional fees)
• Please provide info and references and detail explanation as simple as possible. Poses, props, clothing, etc.
• I have the right to turn down any commission that isn't in my skills, or comfort level to work with base on the content, duration, and complexity of projects.
• Commissioned art will be in a resolution of 3k and above, in JPG or PNG format.Revisions• I will send the sketch and rough colored to you by email or Twitter DM and once everything is approved I will proceed. Please inform me if you would like to make major changes by sketch and rough colored stage. (No major changes past this stage)
• A maximum of 2 revisions during the work process. Further revisions will be charged.
• Any extra changes after prior approval will come at an extra charge.Copyright, Non commercial use commissionArtist
• I reserve the rights of the commissioned artwork. To share, post and use it as my own.
• I will not claim the intellectual property of the commissioned artwork.The commissioner
• Commission artwork is made only for personal use such as uploading to website, social media.
• You can print the artwork only for personal use to keep.
• You may not use it to make any profit. (reselling, redistributing, product printings, NFT, etc)
• You may not make any changes on the commissioned artwork without the artist consent.
• You are not allowed to use it for commercial purposes. (Unless it is specifically made for commercial use purposes)Payment• I will only start working after receiving half or full payment of commission.
• Full payment made - I'll hand out my work, including work in progress, to client in high res or original file.
• Half payment made - I'll hand out my work in reduced resolution of JPG. After finishing it and I received the other half payment, I'll hand in the original file.
• I'll start working on rough sketches/thumbnail after first payment received.
• Cancellation and refund policy: Full refund is not permitted once the work is in progress.
• Price differences base on details and complexity such as weapon, armor or spells.
• Do not send any payment before I have agreed to take your order.
• All price is in USD, and subject to change in the future.
• Payment made through Pay Pal.

Lineart : USD 30
Coloured Illustration : USD 50
Additional characters : USD 30
